Vanessa is hands down the "Best" in the industry! She is very ethical and very genuine when it comes to what's best for you, in this case "me". People like her are hard to find these days. I was in litigation over my property with the other owners relative, and Vanessa helped me along the way with finding an attorney and providing comparables on other homes in addition providing realistic property value apraisals which helped me during mediation and ultimately buying them out. Before we met Vanessa, we were trying to sell our old house and buy another house at the same time with another agent, but it took the ultimate feat in multitasking, and it came with a tricky timing challenge, and we couldn't make it happen and we almost gave up on our dream of upgrading home. Vanessa changed all of that and made the dream come true! Vanessa was extremely patient with our seemingly endless questions on both the selling and buying side. She even asked questions on our behalf that we hadn't thought of to make sure the home we were buying didn't have any hidden problems or to gather necessary information. Once we got into escrow on both sides, Vanessa was diligent in making sure all the processes were in place, communicating with the buyer's and seller's agents, and keeping us informed on a daily basis. We also appreciated her weekly video updates so that we were all on the same page and easily knew what was going on easily even though we had busy schedules.
